ASP takes its name from Amizade (Friendship), Stela, and Pavan. The superstore was officially founded on 1995, through the acquisition of Mercadinho Lorena, beginning with an initial staff of three that included the shareholders and their families. Today, ASP is a thriving operation with three stores serving the cities of Valinhos and Vinhedo.

Hoken takes its name from the Japanese concepts for health and well-being. The company founded through the vision of Hélio Tatsuo Yostsui, beginning with a small dedicated team focused on advanced water treatment. Today, Hoken is a thriving operation with hundreds of franchises serving millions of customers across Brazil.
